~UPDATE, June 4, 2013~

Our vet felt that Duffy needed her surgery sooner rather than later as her joint was becoming more damaged each day, so today she went in to have it done!

They very kindly are allowing us to defer most of the payment until the end of the month to allow us more time for our fund-raising efforts. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far, whether it was by making a donation, sharing our story or sending well wishes!

We still need to continue to raise funds, so please continue to share Duffy's story!

I am very pleased to say that her surgery was a success and she is resting at the vet clinic. She will have to stay overnight, but I was able to go visit her!
