I spent over an hour at my appointment today talking with the professionals about what options I have, and what is the best brace for my current condition and known injuries, the clinic has amazingly kind and very knowledgeable people.

After a lengthy discussion about what hurts where, when etc and an extensive examination of the knee condition, it is concluded I need a brace that can be both an unloader (for the meniscus damage) and a stabilizer (for the ligament tear). The knee brace will become a permanent part of my leg for a year or more and will need to be used after rehabilitation whenever doing activities that may put it at risk to happen again. I need this brace as soon as I can possibly attain it, the repercussions of not having it are not looking good.

Due to personal circumstances in me life, there are no options available for myself to be able to cover the entire cost of the brace but thankfully my prescription voids the taxes on the purchase which saves a fair bit of money (I am happy to explain my personal circumstances, feel free to contact me).

On the main page there is a picture of the brace that is required.
I also have a letter from clinic stating the cost of the brace ($1300) and what it is needed for. I will provide this to you upon request as well.

The clinic has given the go ahead for anyone that would like to call and ask questions about the brace and how it will help, they have also agreed to accept donations at the clinic for those that would like to help. These are wonderful people, and are amazingly understanding.

Everyday it gets worse, and the symptoms become more extreme. I dont feel I have a lot of time left before it will be too torn to rehabilitate with this approach.
