Today we got more news about the surgery. In order to make the chance of success greater they want to operate her in the University Hospital of Ghent. They have doctors who specialize in this type of surgery and they will also  monitor her further treatment. She will be hospitalized mid-September and at the end of September she will undergo the surgery. Tomorrow from 9am to 6pm is her last or second last chemo in Amsterdam.
Yesterday morning she woke up and her hair had fallen out. We had hoped that with this new chemo that would not happen, but alas. On the last scan we saw that there were secondary tumors in the liver and between her intestines. So let us hope her liver will not be poisoned by this chemo, because her liver was beaten badly by the old chemo.

Let's hope nothing will happen before the surgery.
