Update posted by Charlotte Throssel2 Weeks ago our benefits advisor supported an Indian lady who's first language is not English with ESA appeal. After a great success the lady popped into our office today with £10 for our funds, a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Everybody is happy.
