For everyone who so kindly and generously donated to this crowdfunding campaign to help house Rahina, good news - she and her kids are now in their own place in Southend, thanks to you!

Please accept my thanks for all that you have done to help me and my two young kids. I felt love by you for being there during my time in need. Your kindness, love, care, generousity and unique support has given me and my two kids somewhere to live, you guys are our truely appreciated by us. Saying thank you is not enough to express my appreciation, if i had to write to you individually it would not fit your letter box. So thank you for helping me when i could not help myself. Absolutely blown away by the positive response to our crowdfunding campaign looking for a home for our former neighbour. Incredibly, and as you can see, we have now raised nearly �3000!! We met with Rahina on Monday and she was overwhelmed by the generosity and empathy shown by everyone.

Over the past week (and now we know that it?s possible) we?ve been looking for rental accommodation, in London and some in Southend (if anyone has advice, knowledge or leads on people that will accept tenants with limited income but able to receive benefits then please do share). As you will all know these sorts of things can take a little bit of time to finalise so will update again as soon as there is more news. Thank you all again, your donations have made this possible!!
