I was not served papers by his attorney, because she always claims to have an old address with no updates though I have emailed her several times directly with the correct address.  I did call the courthouse and find out that the next court date is on September 10th.  I'm hoping to have an attorney present for the first time to demand a home study from a neutral party.

The court date just happens to land on the anniversary of one of the times he attempted suicide, a week before our daughter was born. He was in the state mental hospital during her birth a week later.
