Hello from Something Else HQ!

First of all, MASSIVE THANKS to everyone who has contributed so far! You've helped raise £5,147 to date and another £2,500 is imminent, which will take us over the half way mark!!

A beautiful old Mercedes truck has now been bought to convert into the Something Else Solar Stage, along with a gas urn, new lights and some of the debts have been cleared. 

There is already over half of the costs in the pot to have a decent solar set up installed in the truck, and the work will be carried out by our friends at RE-Source - one of the solar rigs that powers our wee festivals.

Obviously, the rest of that needs to be raised, plus what's needed to convert the truck and get the rest of what's owed paid off, as well as new sides for the marquee, and hopefully extend it.

The Solar Stage Launch Party tickets are going well, and I'm just gathering the last of the tracks to put the compilation CD together and out there. It's gonna be a blinder!
