I managed to run the race yesterday in 1 hr 14 mins. I had a stich for the first 3k but after that it wasn't too bad but I'm in no hurry to do it again! Thanks to everyone who supported and sponsored me. I have also recently had �15.00 sponsorship from my former boss in Australia! Thanks Virgina x

Toby, Ant & I also ran the 5k Colour Run on the 17th May. Toby was great and managed to do it in 45 mins! I was struggling to keep up with him. He only stopped a few times for a drink. I think together we have raised almost �400 towards AJ's Dream. Thanks everyone x
