The original photo posted shows him before he went to the vet. I have a picture of his leg and the drain, etc. but didn't think I should post that as it is pretty nasty looking. The vet was very encouraging as to his disposition in that even though he was in quite a bit of pain (now has pain meds) he was easy to handle, trusting and friendly.
