On 25th November - the anniversary of my dad's death and the birthdate of my sister Helen, with whom he was reunited in Heaven - I will be running for the Harold Ward Fund for Hope in Wilmslow's 10k. I am not a natural runner so this is quite a big deal for me - I am depending on the inspiration of donors and my dad - who WAS a good runner when younger!
