Merit is now in his third cast. Really getting to know his doctor pretty well. Gives him kisses when he sees him. Is allowed to put a bit of weight on his foot now but still needs to be kept kind of sedated so he stays calm.  Wound still oozing some but no sign of infection. Goes back again in one week to have the cast and dressing changed. Merit says thanks to those who have helped out with his vet bill. He really appreciates your love and caring.
