So apparently I'm still learning a few things about how this site works. First, for those of you who use Paypal I did not have it set up properly to begin with. This is now resolved. Paypal is active. Second, it seems that if you get to this site from Facebook on your iPhone the payment option does not work very well as it tries to open up a second window for the payment processing. This is resolved if you open up through Safari.
