Dear Friends and Relatives,

I apologize for the long overdue update. I have been very busy continuing the focus on my health by doing a lot of juicing, sprouting, fermenting, and gardening, in between taking classes and spending time with my family. Julian started second grade and is doing great...I am doing very well, and managed to graduate from Sonoma State University with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education in May! I hope this message finds you all well and wanted to let you know what I am doing next.

At the last PET scan on May 30th, the doctors told me I still have active cancer cells and small tumors in my pelvic area. However, all that I am doing has kept things at stage 2, without growing much or spreading anywhere else in my body for the last 2 ½ years (my oncologist had said without chemotherapy, I wouldn't make it more than a year).

I am thankful to still be alive and have a lot to live for...but I don’t want to wait any longer to stop these cells and reverse the growth of the tumors so I can be completely healthy again. I have done a LOT of research over the last two and a half years and found many successful alternative cancer clinics that boost the immune system, detoxify the body, and even implement integrative treatments such as low dose chemotherapy, which is effective and much less toxic, and have decided on one in Arizona called An Oasis of Healing.

It is unfortunate that these clinics are quite costly, and for this reason I am reaching out to those of you who care about me and have helped me in the past...If you feel compelled to help me reach my goals of complete remission and good health, and are able to contribute any small amount towards the $45,000 it takes to travel to and attend the clinic in Arizona, it would mean so much to me.
