Am OKELLO David i got a serious accident and i have a brain tumor which needed an operation in Mulago hospital next week.am 28 years old,i have two biological children and two orphans that i stayed with.i got a serious accident when the soil collapse and covered me down when i was digging a pit latrine,i was removed by the community around where i was having wound on my head and all over the body,then taken to the nearby Health centre where i was referred to Mulago hospital and the doctors diagnosed me with BRAIN TUMOR which needed urgent surgery next week and requried 250,000,000=Ug shilling for successful surgery therefore am begging any good samaritan to help me to cater for my medical cost,feeding as i can not do any thing at the moment
