Thank you so much to everyone who has already donated, its so kind of you, and hugely appreciated by myself, Watoto Wema, and Stephen, who is looking forward to being able to live a normal life.

I do have an update for you on his condition. He has been diagnosed with Internal Hemorrhoids, and the surgery will be to remove these, as medication has been unsuccessful. He is currently in hospital at the moment for a blood transfusion, as he suffers from bleeding when he goes to the toilet, a prolonged bleeding time, and his body produces insufficient red blood cells, meaning he will have to remain on daily iron tablets until he is 23. He has had numerous tests for things such as lukemia and aneamia, even an operation on his stomach, and finally, a conoloscopy has shown the cause of his illness and bleeding.

So please continue to donate, to give Stephen the operation he needs, and will be having in a weeks time, so he can have a better life. As we're quite close to the target needed for his operation, any money raised over that amount will go directly into the bank account of the children's centre to be used for any other healthcare problems for any of the other 76 children which the centre cares for.
