Blood sweat and tears have removed nearly all the body filler that had been slathered across HerbiEV's sides. Progress is advancing.

It is clear that the heater channels, a structural component, are rotten and must be replaced.  As well, the bottom few inches of the rear quarter panels and the front wheel wells need replaced.
