So, just 6 days until we leave for the south west to start our trek. My limp has almost gone, so just a final push this week to build a bit of strength and fitness back up.

This weekend we've gone over the plans and provisionally worked out where we think we'll be camping. We've also booked tickets to the Minack Theatre for Wednesday 24th, which should help motivate us to keep to schedule.

One last challenge remaining is to whittle down the packing list to an acceptable weight and that will all fit in the rucksack...
