Blind Senior Needs Help!

Judy Blischke is my mother but everyone calls her "MoM".

Well, MoM lost her eyesight about a year ago and it would be difficult for anyone but for an artist it's not just the windows to the soul the darkness takes.

This last July, MoM suffered the sudden loss of her husband Les, they were together 22 years!

This fundraiser is not just about money for us. MoM needs an attorney to stop this new landlord who bullies and threatens the vulnerable. As if she hasn't suffered enough loss It's heart breaking to see her terrified of losing her home when she should be allowed to mourn her husband. My mothers health has begun to reflect the inability to cope with so much.

Understand this is not a case of owing rent or violating a rule. MoM lives on social security but her rent is current and has been. Her taxes are paid, no arrears. For the past twenty years she has never even been given a warning of any kind.

Then yesterday my vehicle was towed which was filled with her late husbands things from storage. I was parked in a vacant field behind her home which she has used for twenty years to get fire wood delivered. She cried for hours!

Without the money to get the truck back she's now lost her late husbands belongings that were inside!

This new landlord from the beginning threatened to evict her when she didn't want to sign a new lease. Oregon law states current tenants are not obligated to sign a new lease. Her neighbor was told the same thing. They both signed afraid of eviction!

Please if you're able to help he needs to be prevented from destroying the best MoM in the world....
