Blind nepalese cricketers need transport assistance

The Cricket Association for the Blind in Nepal, (CAB Nepal) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the well-being of the 16,000 blind people in Nepal. Through its efforts, the popularity of cricket for the blind is growing rapidly amoungst the visually impaired young people (both boys and girls) in the country.

Arranging for players to attend practice sessions, matches and other events without individual escorts is a huge challenge.

CAB Nepal hopes to purchase a second hand van for USD10,000, capable of transporting 12 players.
