Update. Ben is being transferred to another vet for his operation today. Thanks for all the support, it is very much appreciated
Ben is around 6 years old, very friendly and especially loves humans.
Ben was abandoned on the streets and left to fend for himself. Over time and with chronic eye infections he has lost 1 eye and the other is blind. Poor Ben has been living outside like this trying to find food and survive.
He has now been taken to the vet and is having eye drops in both eyes. We have been advised that in order for Ben to avoid more eye infections and resulting pain, both eye sockets should be cleared out and stitched.
