Blessings for Declyn

Declyn was born with with a serious brain affection(Jouberts Syndrome) with other issues

• craniofacial dysmorphology
• congenital heart lesion
• feeding difficulties
• growth impairment

Declyn is now 8 years old with profound cognitive impairment. He is averbal, in a wheelchair and is still in nappies.

I have been working full time and talking care of Declyn at home. This is a massive challenge at the moment for a single father as you can imagine.

But more importantly Declyn needs a school. Where he can gets stimulated throughout the day and receive the required therapy. He will need speech therapy and physiotherapy. He will also need a tablet/AAC device which will assist with communication and therapy. Declyn needs special nappies as normal nappies is just not sufficient.
