Campaign Story
Hello, my name is Rosalie S. Bautista a PWD(No Visual Left eye) and I am here to seek for your help. Last December 23, 2018, after 4 days of suffering from severe headache, my husband, Cris Bautista, at appx. 10 am suddenly wasn't able to move the left part of his body, we rushed him to Philippine General Hospital's (PGH) Emergency Room, we were told that it is a possible stroke and immediate treatment and CT scan should be conducted but they cannot accommodate us anymore because they have no more space/room in their ICU.
We were forced to bring to him to another hospital so he can receive proper treatment immediately. We then rushed him to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital's ER. A CT scan was immediately performed. One of the doctors broke the bad new to us. CT Scan results show that there was a blood clot outside his brain and surgery should immediately be performed. It was a literal life and death situation, and we have no other choice but to allow the surgery. The surgery was performed on the 24th of December, 1 am. And Thank God the surgery was successful.
A few days after, he was able to recover slowly. But then after the doctor performed a 2D Echo, we found out that one of his arteries is clogged. We were then required to buy medicines for his blood pressure and heart condition.
We already used up all of our hard-earned savings for the medicines and hospital's initial deposit. He's still here in the hospital and bills are still adding up. Doctors already cleared him for discharge, but we still don't have enough money to pay for the hospital bill and Doctor's professional fee.
That's why I'm here humbly knocking on your hearts for financial help. Your prayers and financial support are highly appreciated and will go a long way.
Thank you so much and may God bless you all.
