Blankets for the Homeless

My name is Nick Fio, and together with my brother Mike Fio, we're on a mission to spread happiness. We believe true happiness and fulfillment comes when we are growing, giving, and living!

Through our campaign we plan to accomplish all three. Together, we can lead a happiness revolution!

The idea to blanket the homeless came to me two years ago. I was commuting to my cushy corporate job in the cold New York City winter and could not help but notice the homeless people everywhere. It wasn't uncommon to see these individuals shivering without a jacket to keep them warm . It was a sight that saddened me each day. But each day I did nothing about it. All the "important" stuff I had to do at work would take over my mind and the feeling would soon be lost. That's until NOW!

Before the cold weather hits we want to take action. Even if that means putting one blanket on one person.

Making one persons world better might not change everything, but it could change everything for one person.
