Campaign Story
Hundreads of African Americans are killed by police in the US every year.
Racism, prejudices and brutality of law enforcement authorities bacame today "normal".
To remind us of these tragedies and to make the memory of the victims never be faded, we need to have a monument in the city of New York.
Support the construction of monuments to african american victims in the United States.
Details:
-black artists and designers will be prioritized
-the donations will be used to pay the artist and for any costs associated with obtaining a permit/space to place the monuments
Funds needed.
- approx. $5000 : payment for designers, artists and sculptors.
- approx. $23000 : price of material (bronze / marble / granite)
- approx $7000 : other costs related to obtaining a permit to place monument and other construction related costs.
In case some funds are left after the construction , they will be donated to "Black Lives Matter" movement.
