SUCCESS!

  • The fudraising event was a great success for The Black Fish UK on a whole with the bike ride raising over £2000. Unfortunately Jack had to take part on his own and gave 100%. Quoting his text: "In Brighton. Dead" - Jack Riggal.
  • The entire cycling team performed above and beyond their abilities to make such a difference for marine conservation. You can also still assist them by clicking the donate button and sending a small contribution to The Black Fish UK so that they can continue to raise much needed funds for marine conservation by reducing illegal fishing around our coasts.
  • All in all... a great success to the entire team.

Congratulations Everyone!

Myself and Jack are taking part in a fundraiser for The Black Fish UK. We will be departing from London and riding to Brighton. It will be tough and enduring as well as challenging but will also demonstrate the challenges that the oceans must face on a daily basis from driftnets destroying corals to excessive fishing bringing most marine animals to become totally wiped out.  The bike ride will aid The Black Fish in raising much need funds for them to keep up their work in protecting our oceans from illegal fishing to protection of tuna species and so on. We will be doing our bit by putting ourselves through the grueling bike ride so please help out the oceans and help raise money for The Black Fish.  We are trying to raise £400 between us for The Black Fish before the 14th September and it is possible.  “We know only too well that what we are doing is nothing more than a drop in the ocean. But if the drop were not there, the ocean would be missing something.” - Mother Teresa

  • I appreciate that someone cares enough for the fish in our oceans. Jasmine Salmon has inspired the donation.
