Hi my name is Lance from North Derbyshire. My business plan is to open a coffee house in the heart of Matlock bath, a picturesque village in the heart of the Derbyshire dales. Matlock bath is situated on the A6 attracting millions each year from the surrounding cities, such as Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby. Matlock is the the number one destination for all the major surrounding cities and towns for the perfect day out in the country. From everyday dog walkers to rock climbers on the breathtaking Matlock Bath cliffs. This shop is a much needed asset to the visitors and residents and to couple with the surrounding attractions, such as The Abraham Heights Cable Cars, Gulliver's Kingdom Theme Park, and the Saturday/Sunday bustle of bikers that are famous for packing out the street.

The reason for this fundraiser is that I'm not from any sort of wealthy background so and funds that are raised for the shop are going to be solely raised by very kind and generous people. I have researched a perfect shop that's situated bang centre of Matlock Bath that has the added character of wooden open front veranda style doors. The shop itself is not that much per annum but the equipment needed is the reason for the donations. I have found all the coffee machines, lighting fittings, decor and counters and the style I'm going to achieve is a very cosy Old English style country coffee house with homemade cakes and crafts. With large sofas and armchairs perfect to soak up your stressed out weeks.
