Birthday wish for teeth

Hello there.

I'm a 28 year old hard working man with wonderful woman by my side. In this regard I'm quite lucky. However both of us have experienced some pretty heavy financial burden due to some unexpected medical issues. A couple months ago I had my lung collapse and I miss some work due to that. I have now returned back to work and I'm working 40 plus hours a week. Unfortunately my work does not have a medical dental plan. My partner has been extremely ill and going through numerous medical tests trying to determine what is the cause. She is lost a significant amount of weight and is having many other medical symptoms as well. Despite this she is still working at 4 employment places however work is so slow for her industry that she is lucky to get two shifts a week. She is still continuing to apply everywhere she can daily for another job. In the meantime my father who lives in another province has become homeless. He is currently living in a shelter and my wonderful partner has done everything she can in her spare time to get him into subsidized housing and in a better financial position (on disability vs welfare since he is semi-crippled and cant work). He is currently on a waiting list thanks to our combined efforts and might possibly have a place lined up in a months time but because he is homeless and living at a shelter he is not receiving his shelter portion of funding from income assistance. This leaves my father with less than $200 a month to live off while being in a homeless shelter with people using drugs all around him.

I am trying to remain positive through all of this and I am certain that we will have things figured out with my father and I am hopeful that once my wife gets working again things will start to balance out but in the meantime ALL OF MY BACK TEETH ARE FALLING OUT! (I will add pictures when I get home from work today). There is barely anything left of my back teeth, they are black, rotting and broken in peices. I am in a WORLD of pain and I can handle all of the stress throws my way but this pain I am in combined with the fact that I am having to come to the terms that at age 27 I will no longer be able to chew solids foods (as per what the dentist said) is just too much. I am hopeful that with some assistance from the kind hearted folks of the world I will be able to get 2 implants for my back molars because without them I will be eating mush and heartbroken.
