I am the Owner Proprietor of Billy The Kid Brewery TM. I have already tradmarked the name with the brewery because it is both unique to New Mexico, and a historical figure of the Southwest (US). I can't say I am a Brewmaster, although, I have been brewing for quite some time (approx. 5 years), and I feel I have it down well enough to start a brewery. With your help, I can get this brewery headed in the right direction. I am only lacking more proper equipment and licensing. Place of operations is small right now, but good enough to start with.
