On October 14, 2016, PennLive reported on the operations of Bikers and Bellydancers Ride Against Cancer, an alleged charity, in an article titled, "'Bikers and Bellydancers' charity ride organizer gets probation for fraud." It has come to our attention that this organization is not registered with the IRS, but is soliciting from the general public in violation of federal tax law.
