Bigger Brewhouse Equipment (Craftbeer)

We are a start-up microbrewery based in Sibulan Negros Oriental Philippines. We currently brew our craftbeer in our garage using a 30 liter capacity system. We are trying to raise a fund to upgrade our system to atleast 100 liter capacity and enough funds to buy or rent a small space. We are operating for more than a year now and currently have couple of accounts that we supplied beers to and growing patrons for our beers and we can barely keep up with the demands and our financial status is just enough to buy raw materials and ingredients. We are still on a process of getting business permits and the only hurdle is the homeowners association. They will not allow a business inside the subdivision. The only way to get around it is to transfer the brewery to a different place.
