bicycle building for Europe adventure

I am from Lithuania, Vilnius. Already long time passionate about bicycles, from retro ones to modern road bikes. But few years one specific part of cycling just took me away. It was bicycle touring. What's the best way to explore new countries with perfect speed and way to see places? Yes, its bicycles. All time you can stop there you want and take a rest, you don't need to search for gas station, or sit in traffic jam. That is more you can explore not only nature, but also your physical and mental part. The best way is to cycle to the mountains, then you need not only leg power, but fight with your inner thoughts, that you can do it. You always can do it, its just the matter of your thoughts.

I am asking for funds, for a new adventure. Already long time I am thinking about building my own frame. One old framebuilder said, mass production frame doesn't have soul, handmade one has it. And that a great feeling is to create something with your hands, in this case bicycle frame.But framebuilding need specific tools, and most important frame jig, to put all the tubes in places and join them properly. Without jig most likely the frame will be not straight and can led to an accident.

Its already a year I am making bicycle racks, to help and encourage people to travel, there is great feeling to make a rack for a guitar, to help person travel around world with his passion to play music. Or it can be small bike adventure just to take one two days trip from your city rush. Every time its good idea. As Eddy Merckx said:
