Hello, everyone!

We are private professional Theatre “BHALG” from Bulgaria. Our team consists of young, ambitious artists, who are ready and completely capable of developing in the fields of art and acting as well as to evolve the art in themselves. Among them are professional actors, students in acting, people without professional qualification in the sphere of stage art.

The purpose of this campaign is to continue our development as a theatre and this art as whole. We would like to buy a mobile stage devices such as: a green screen, a white screen ,mobile spotlights, projectors and audio system. Thus we will be able to travel around our country and perform our projects(plays) everywhere, without worrying about the technical aspect.

We believe that every single person, especially children, must have access to this art and feel the magic of it. There are remote places in Bulgaria ,where children often do not have access to any kind of art, because they live in a some village or their town is far from the capital or some other major city. Our goal is to provide this entertainment in much lower prices and give some unforgettable moments to kids and grown ups. Also we attend many festivals such as the International Youth festival “Ocean of love” in Pazardzhik city and the “European Theatre Night” in Sofia, where sometimes is hard to get the lighting that is needed for the play.

Until now ,we have realized 5 projects .Here some information about them:

"19:11"

The end of the world is already in the past. More than 2/3 of humanity has died as a result of global military action. The survivors struggle for their lives, creating a new system of order and moral values. In the future lies a hope, but will the animalistic sides of human nature reach their pinnacle and prevert society. The story is filled with drama and tension, built in an atmosphere of fear and depravity, a struggle for power and a seeking supremacy. 19:11 is a post-apocalytic storyline, combiningsome of the largest and shattering excerpts from the classic antique drama presented to the viewers in a completely modern version and an uncharacteristic storyline.

"Movie"

Sometimes in life there happen to be a series of unexpected twists and turns, surprises and strange situations. When we talk about these kind of situations we often define them as if “It was like in the movies”. But is it true that the logic that is put in the cinema is far from our reality or contrariwise- it is inspired from the chaos of life and the unexpected events in our reality?

“Movie” is one of those unusual stage plays, which slightly imperceptible through the comedy, asks the spectator not only the usual problems of our daily life, but also deepens him in the biggest existential questions of our time.

"Show-lecture for Happiness"

Happiness! What is it? State, a moment of eternity or a simple notion? We all look for it, but not everybody finds it? We know what it means, but is difficult to explain it? Some claim to have discovered it, but why do they feel they are missing it after a while? All these questions will be answered by the “Show-lecture of Happiness team”. The program is based entirely on some of the texts of Ivo Ivanov from his book "The Curve of Happiness", with spectacular elements such as songs, dances, audio-visual effects, etc. , which give the stage adaptation an entertaining character.

"Super Mario"

A children’s play inspired by one of the most famous video games – “Super Mario”, by Shigero Miyamoto. “Super Mario” is an adventure for young or grown children. A story for courage, for good and evil, for faith, for struggle and even for love, all presented in a completely different way bordering on childish imagination. Also it has an ecological element to it , all the costumes are made of nylon bags, plastic bottles and many other materials which can be recycled , so that we hope we give an example that nothing should be wasted.

"Uppercut"*

“Uppercut” is a story about faith, hope and love. At first everything is seen through the scope of a martial arts sport, but as the story unfolds, it quickly comes to the conclusion that everything In our lives is linked, everything that revolves around us, is caused by none other than ourselves, whether it be good or bad. The play itself is filled with wisdom, passion, spiritual enlightenment and motivation.

The play as a genre is a drama filled with comedic situations and moments. It reminds us how frequently life twists and turns. It speaks about what life, happiness, love and faith are, what it means to be wise and what determination it takes to be a victor and what motivates us to get through the times when your head hangs low. Apart from philosophy of boxing as an Olympic sport, the art of pole dance finds its way on the stage, to surely break all prejudice overshadowing poledancer’s beauty.

*This play is still in process of creation.

There will be much more information about our theatre ,soon. Right now our site is in a process of updating.

We will be very grateful for your support to continue our mission and spread the magic of theatre!

Thank you for your given time ! We wish you all the best !
