Beverly’s Kidney Transplant Funds. Give so others can live.

My name is Beverly Anne Siasat Dancil, 27 years of age, a registered nurse and freelance lecturer for Nursing Licensure Examination. I am diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease - the final stage of chronic kidney disease in which the kidneys have stopped working well enough to survive without dialysis or transplant. I was at the peak of my career when this happened. I was reviewing for an exam so I can be able to work abroad, to help my family and fulfill my dreams. I am a persistent, energetic, and hardworking nurse with a very positive attitude.

I have been undergoing peritoneal dialysis for 4 months now. Peritoneal dialysis is a type of dialysis that uses the peritoneum in a person’s abdomen through which fluid and dissolved substances are exchanged with the blood. It is used to remove excess fluid, correct electrolyte problems, and remove toxins in those with kidney failure. I am anxious to have this disease but I have chosen to take the path of positive thinking.

I believe God promised not to put more on us that we can’t bear. Jesus is a friend and He makes me strong. Whatever this life brings me, I always bear in mind that it is with Jesus whom I should put my trust into. Everyday holds the possibility of a miracle. Never stop believing in God because miracles happen everyday and I will fight till the end.

I am lucky to have a supportive family, relatives, and friends who help me get through this and live a meaningful life each day. With great people around me, positive outlook in life, and God in my heart, I can overcome all the obstacles.
