Beverly’s Medical needs

Hello my name is Beverly, While i was going to a pain specialist the Doctor there wanted to shoot me up with staroids in my back without even an exam. I had know idea what to do so i was going to let him, on the day i was to have the injection my doctor could not do it and another Doctor took his place he asked me question i could not answer because i had know idea what the other Doctor had planed. The new Doctor told me he did not feel right about this and wanted me to have some MRI'S of my neck and back, so i wnt and had them done that day and went to see my new Doctor who told me he was so sorry for what the other Doctor put me though and that I needed to see a surgeon right away. So the next we i saw a surgeon that told me that C5,C6 and C7 wer all pressing into my spine and that i needed to have surgery sooner then later he told me that he could not repair the damage that basically i would just have to live with the pain that all he could do now is stop me from being paralized. I thank god everyday that first Doctor could not make it and Dr. Dusi came in or i would never had the MRI's my surgeon said i would not be walking within the year without surgery. so you see this came out of left feild, i will be out of work for months on in and that is only if i do not have to have surgery on my middle and lower back. The sad thing is in 2012 i went and had MRI'S and that surgeon said he saw nor reason to do the surgery , my new surgeon says all this could been avoided if i had the surgery two years ago . I would be able to feel my leg and hold my grandchildren , but after this surgery i will not be able to hold my two month old grandson agine. I am very thankful for what i have and that after this i will at least be able to walk beside them thank you for listneing to me story si i rambled on.
