During Singapore’s circuit breaker, a husband struggles to admit the truth about himself as he tries to stop his mistress from coming over.

SYNOPSIS:

During Singapore's Circuit Breaker, a self-absorbed husband named Kenneth tries to ensure his wife, Dawn, doesn't find out about his affair. One day his mistress, Audrey, decides to come over to confront Dawn because she doesn't want to keep their relationship a secret anymore. When Dawn eventually finds out about the affair, Kenneth is put in a difficult spot as he tries to save his marriage, forcing him to face the reality that he's tried to escape from - his low fertility.

DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT:

Through this film, I wanted to explore how being stuck in an enclosed space over a period of time potentially affects people’s relationships. When one is so reliant on the freedom to escape, how do you cope with it during a time that is filled with boundaries?

Eventually reality will catch up and you won’t have anywhere to run and hide anymore. Then was it really worth all that trouble from the beginning?

WHERE THE FUNDS WILL GO TO:

The funds will go to our film's production budget, where it will be spent on various departments such as art, equipment, transport and welfare for cast and crew.

As we are a group of film students, we are working on a very tight budget and any amount of help would go a long way and would be extremely appreciated by us.
