Better wotking environment for my worker and showroom

Hi..I'm doing fashion designing this is what we made But, this is our workplace... this is our workplace and show room which is not  Not appropriate...I can manage to give good salary to my workers, but i cannot afford to renovated/find new place more suitable that i can improve my worker's working n life quality...as well as manage to have a showroom for my creation, whi h is a lot of people  praise it to be very good, but they don't feel to come to my place or pay more money since they think that this come from a "cheap",not branded , not sophisticated place that they should get a bargain price...while we put our beat workmanship. please help us to improve work environment and more fund to rent better place ...Thank You for helping all of us!
