Has been assigned to inspect public schools with acute classroom shortages. Government allocation for the classrooms are sometimes delayed and unfortunately doesn't cover any other infrastructure or utilities. Some of the worst doesn't have access to clean water and paved walkways to and inside the school, as a result, students resort to walking barefoot in mud and dirt.
There are many schools like these, especially in the uplands. I am to update here the list of said schools with pictures and itemize their needs.
I have observed an internationally-funded program implemented in some rural areas wherein the community is encouraged, trained, and hired to provide the manpower for small projects like these instead of hiring contractors to allow for lower costs and provide livelihood for the community.
I know I am sounding unsure about all of this that is why I am asking for your suggestions as I would really like to help these students, schools, and the community.
