Hello,
My Name is Patrice Frank and I’m on disability and I have fallen on hard times. I’ve had my car repossessed, I can barely pay my bills and I can’t afford the treatment I need for my disability. If I could receive 100,000.00 I would be able to get back on my feet and help my love ones.
