Best idea and concept of an App. but no startup funds

Hello, i'm Elvis, an undergraduate from the University of Benin. Mat. No ART1400800. I came up with a perfect idea of an app that will revolutionize the poor Educational system of my country, an app that unify and connects all its National Universities. The educational system of my country has been rejected as a priority by its leaders, so it therefore Lacks funding & good infrastructures for a good learning environment. I want to develop an app Similar to that of Instagram or twitter, where students can follow each other, trend a topic, and share ideas with each other. If the Education of a country's future leaders is not a priority, such country will be ruled by illiterates and the unwise. There is a nation wilde strike everytime(ASUU), lecturers are not been paid and students are left stranded and scattered in the streets. have been searching for ways to raise money for the app and its National tour. here is the only option i have left.

I will appreciate anything that can be donated in making my dreams come through.
