Bertu – help save our boy! ❣️

Hello everyone Bertu is our youngest boy He was a stray kitten which we adopted almost three months ago. He's really energetic, playful with his older brother Tommy, cuddling and sooo cute (not mentioning biting our lips while sleeping and scratching our backs to climb to the kitchen cupboards ).

Lately we noticed Bertu being more quiet than usual, seeking to be alone and increasing his nap times. Although he was eating, drinking, walking and looked normal, we decided to get him VET checked.

He was found to have high temperature and after giving him antibiotics and ... to no avail we decided to take a blood test to check him for FIP.

Today the 27th August 2023 we were given another bad news as it was confirmed that our baby boy had FIP just like his big brother Tommy .

Since we have witnessed so much improvement in Tommy since we started his treatment, we decided to give Bertu the same chance to live and play like before and immediately started treatment for Bertu!

As you all know, treatment, vet checks, blood tests etc are so expensive that it's almost impossible to treat two kittens at one time, but Bertu doesn't deserve to be left alone through this!

We are kindly asking help from you cat lovers so that we can see Bertu and Tommy play again happily and healthy together
