Benjie Utak’s Amputation Fund

We are a group of people from cotabato city, maguindanao, philippines who organized this campaign and this is Benjie Utak, 17 years of age, a resident of IPIL, Zamboanga Sibugay. He works as an mechanic and assitant operator of a roller coaster in mini amusement park which we call it "peryahan" located at Awang, DOS, Maguindanao, Philippines. While on duty, his right foot got rammed and runned over by the roller coaster ride causing his right foot got amputated. The management of the amusement park bring him to Cotabato Regional and Medical Center, since it is a small town amusement park, workers there are just insured with a total of 30,000 pesos which was indicated to their contract. As the operation was successful, he was not able to fully paid the bills and he got a medical maintenance and follow up check up. We are helping this gentleman because as we visit him in the hospital, we found out that he is working there to provide for his family in zamboanga sibugay, as he was not able to land in highschool. Now, due to his disability he is relieved in service.

We are knocking on your doorstep an any amount will do and will help benjie to help is medical and to start a mini business (sari-sari store) for him to have a income to feed his family.
