Hello!! My name is Benjamin Yeo and welcome to my A Cappella Academy 2017 Fundraiser Page!

I'm a Bass from Singapore and this will be my third and final year at A Cappella Academy!
For you guys who are unfamiliar with the term "A Cappella", it basically means music with NO instruments, which means whatever you hear is made only from the human voice and mouth. That includes vocal-percussion (beatboxing) and all those crazy low notes you hear!
A Cappella Academy is a prestigious music summer programme that takes place in Los Angeles, California (USA). The camp was co-founded by Avi Kaplan (of the 3x Grammy Award Winning, Platinum Recording A Cappella Group, Pentatonix), Ben Bram (Grammy Award Winning Arranger) and Rob Dietz (Vocal Arranger and Group Coach for Sing-Off & Incredible Arranger) and it's a place where the best vocalists (around my age) around the world come together to make incredible out-of-this world a cappella music.

I'm such a huge A Cappella nerd and it's definitely something that I will want to do for the rest of my life. I was so blessed to be able to attend the academy for the past two summers (2015 & 2016) and it has shaped me not just as a musician but as a person as well. The experiences and friendships made there are priceless and will forever be a huge part of me. I've grown so so much over the past few years and I owe all my success to A Cappella Academy.

It will be a dream come true to be able to attend A Cappella Academy for a final year. It's 8,769miles away from home and tuition and airfare is not cheap. It would mean the WORLD to me if you could help me get there! 100% of the money will go to my tuition of USD $1995. Literally anything and everything helps! The fundraiser is due March 13th (14th, if you're from Singapore) and if you can, please try to donate before the deadline!
