Bella’s helping hands

I never wanted to read the news because there’s just too much information out there that will put me in reversal. I recently saw a death of a Russian man in Cape Town who was just a tourist on holiday. A young woman on 30 years old who was killed. A young girl whose been raped. All of these have put me in such a sad state where I felt helplessly sad for these people. At the same time this is only what I have read in the last week in August 2019. Imagine what else is out there, I know there is a lot more of these stories out there and I know that not everyone has the stomach to read the brutality of a killing.

My aim is to raise enough money to help the families who have been affected by crime who have been affected by poverty and to help those on the streets who do not have a home. I saw a white homeless man pushing a trolley with all his belongings on there. I stopped at the shop and bought him some food and invited him to come to my home so he may take a shower and freshen up. He said “ in 1 hour ill be sweaty again because I need to push the trolley” I felt so sad but at the same time committed in helping this man.

If I can change people’s lives I want to do it. If I can help someone to not be homeless I want to do it. We live in a beautiful world and if everyone can help someone, just maybe someone else can also be happy.
