Belgrade English Language Youth Theatre Visit to Bath

WHAT? I am running the Bath Half Marathon on 1st March 2015 and need your sponsorship! WHY? The Belgrade English Language Youth Theatre has been set up to teach children to speak English through drama. A group of 15 children are hoping to fly to Bath at the end of May 2015 to take part in a once in a lifetime opportunity - a theatre workshop at the Theatre Royal/ Egg Theatre.  SO WHAT? I am running and fundraising so that I can assist with the cost of flights, visa's and transport from Belgrade to Bath. I need your help to reach my target of £1000 or more. WHY BATH?  2015 is the 100th Annivesary of the time when British soldiers landed in Serbia to join the many nurses that had already left Britain to support Serbia during the First World War.  This bond remains today and has never been forgotten by the Serbian people.  17 Roman emperors were born within Serbia's current geographic area - so given that Bath is our very own historic Roman City, there is no better way to bring all the pieces of this jigsaw together - history and friendship as one! PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY FOR A TRIP THAT WILL CHANGE THE LIVES OF THESE CHILDREN FOREVER!
