Being stopped from seeing my children

This is a long shot. But I really miss my children and want them in my life and I want to be in their life too. I have children that don't live with me that I am supposed to see by court order however there carers have stopped me for no reason and I now have a new baby that has not met his brother and sister. I am trying to take it back to court but funds are really tight. Any help would be much appreciated. I messed up with my previous children but I have now turned my life around and still getting punished. I was seeing my little boy up until my new baby was born and my little girl I've always struggled to see.
