Being Robbed Legally

I've had split custody of my daughter since 2005. 50/50 on paper but I've had her physically more than 80% of the time from 2007- 2014, at that time we had went back to week on week off. My ex wife has 3 more children with her new boyfriend and allows him to bully our child.  She has been on welfare and isn't allowed to receive support for one of her others, even for the period of time that she lived with me. I have taken her to court and now have temporary full custody and she gets supervised visits every other weekend.  I'm still going through the process to have them stop taking money from my check and taken on some lawyer fees. They take 600 a month from me for a child I more than take care of. I commute an hour to work and back every day. I pay for gas, I pay for her after school care, I pay for food clothes, an apartment with her own room, she's 14 and not a girlie girl but still supplies, and entertainment.  Her mother is on welfare not reporting her boyfriends income or telling them he is in the home with his kids, on reduced rent living a good life while I pay my bills and scrape for anything good that I have or get for my daughter.
