Being evicted, We need your help

Update posted by Frank Cordova On Oct 22, 2020

My moms health has been deteriorating the last couple weeks.

I am worried about her.

I cant really afford her medicaments and food so if i dont have enough for her pills i usually skip a meal but that is not the problem my problem is that she has been complaining about a pain on her back and right shoulder and Im worried it might be her heart because of the stress and because she has suffered two heart attacks 8 years ago when she was living in Chile.

I wish I had enough to take her to see a doctor, but without work i dont make enough to afford that.

I try to be strong for her and try to tell her that we will be fine and she does the same, shes very religious she tells me that the last thing we should lose is hope and that God has a plan for us.

I believe her and i also want to think that there is light at the end of the tunnel but its very hard, I havent lost hope.

It brings me memories when i was 8 or 9 years old and she would take me out for a walk to the park and sometimes we would see a girl and her two kids selling candy and asking for some money or some food.

I remember my mom would usually give her some money and tell her if she was hungry she would take her and her kids to a small restaurant across the street where she would buy them food and we would continue on our way to the park and i remember how i used to look at my mom as we were leaving the restaurant and i was holding her hand and wonder why she was so happy and smiling, until i decided to ask.

She said "there is always enough to share a bowl of food with someone that is hungry and it brings me joy and peace to see them eat and be happy"

Ive always looked up to her im sure there is a plan and id like to bring happiness to her and see her truly smile again because i cant stand to see her pretend to be happy just so i wont freak out because of the situation we are in.

But i will try my best to fix this.

Thank You so much for taking the time to read this, have a wonderful rest of the day.
