Beginning filmmaker in need of a good camera

I am a beginning filmmaker. My passion is horror films and I need a good low-light camera in order to get great shots. I chose the Sony A7s ii. The camera costs around 3000 dollars, but I'm requesting 4000 to cover the camera and the other equipment needed, (tripod, microphone, rig, etc) This is my dream and whatever you donate, I promise that you will not be disappointed.
