BEEA’S SURGERY

So for those who don’t know the story, my loving dog got out of our home about a week ago and we just found her today 1/5. She is severely hurt with a fractured pelvis and leg. Her ear is dislocated and has multiple scratches/wounds. We were told she was hit by a car and they fled the scene although she was hit bad .I been calling multiple animal hospitals and places that can help but I am having no luck in finding a place I can afford. I am afraid we will have to resort to putting her down since she is in a lot of pain if I can’t find the money in time. We only were given a few days of pain medication for her any more isn’t advised. I have never done this before but would anyone want to help or have any Reccomendation to help her ?
