Bed & Breakfast Project

Hi guys,

I signed up on this site for my Bed & Breakfast project. I've been trying to start this up since August 2016 - its the house that used to be my grandfather's and grandmother's home and no one has been living in it for a few years now. I have encountered quite a few hidden expenses since the house I am renting is quite old. They are mainly plumbing, electrical and carpentry work since this house was made by a carpenter and not a professional contractor. This caused me to have a lot of fixes that really ate up my budget.

I was forced to fix all these problems but I am also now over budget by about Php180,000 to get this project finished. I have an excel sheet where I monitor everything and I have enough to last me until June of 2017.
